How do you become anti-fragile in the edtech space? Nowadays, we see the term ‘new normal’ being bandied around loosely, but does one want to get back to the ‘normal’ as we knew it? The pandemic has shown us that our normal needs to be redefined as anti-fragile. We are happy that even with our web traffic increasing to 300% of what it typically used to be, we are ready to ensure the delivery of world-class and relevant education. So, we started stress-testing our server capacity, organizing webinars for teachers and parents and putting out daily schedules which would help close the potential gaps post the covid phase.
